中文摘要: 本项目主要研究了分形、联机分析挖掘(OLAM)以及数据流挖掘技术在商务智能系统的多数据源(包括数据库、数据仓库、数据流)中的基本理论和应用。具体研究了:(1)基于数据流管理、OLAM和分形技术的商务智能系统的体系结构;(2)多维多源异质异构数据资源融合与数据预处理集成技术;(3)商务智能系统中的数据流管理与动态知识发现技术,以及数据流管理系统的基本结构和相关算法;(4)商务智能系统中的OLAM技术,重点研究了联机分析处理(OLAP)与数据挖掘有机结合的算法;(5)分形技术在商务智能系统中的应用,分形维与商务智能系统稳定性的关系,以及基于分形的数据挖掘技术在商务智能系统中的应用。基于以上理论探讨,我们进行了实证研究,以股票交易系统为背景,对其中涉及到相关商务智能问题进行了研究,开发了证券交易商务智能系统原型。

英文摘要: This research mainly studied the application and basic theory of fractal technology,online analytical mining(OLAM),and data stream mining technology in business intelligence system with multiple data sources(including databases,data warehouses,and data stream).In our study, five contents are included as follows:(1)The architecture of business intelligence system based on the data stream management, OLAM and fractal technology;(2)The integration and pre-processing technologies of multi-dimensional and heterogeneous data;(3)Data stream management and dynamic knowledge discovery technology in business intelligence system,including basic structure of data stream management system and related algorithms;(4)OLAM technology in business intelligence system, focusing on combination of OLAP and data mining algorithms;(5)Applications of fractal technology in business intelligence system, including the relationship between fractal dimension and stability of business intelligence system, as well as the application of data mining technology based on fractal technology in business intelligence system. Based on above discussion,empirical research is conducted which is based on the process of stock trading system. We studied related problems and a prototype of stock trading business intelligence system.
