中文摘要: 针对云计算环境下商务智能的新特点,系统研究云计算环境下商务智能系统建造的关键技术,以及利用分形数据挖掘技术进行复杂数据的数据挖掘和知识发现的基本理论。 具体研究内容为:(1)研究云计算环境下商务智能系统的分层体系结构,实现业务需求的动态扩展; (2)构建软件即服务商务智能系统的多租户架构,研究多租户的数据管理机制和业务分析流程可定制; (3)研究软件即服务商务智能系统的数据仓库构建技术,解决海量数据、高维数据和非线性数据的预处理、存储机制和检索优化等问题; (4)研究云计算环境下的分形数据挖掘技术以及基于分形数据挖掘的知识发现过程。 本课题研究云计算环境下商务智能系统中的复杂数据处理、知识挖掘等问题,旨在提高商务智能系统在复杂环境下的适应性和智能程度,从而提高商务决策的时效性和科学性。

英文摘要: Taking the new features of business intelligence(BI) in cloud computing environment into account, this proposal systematically researches on the key issues of building BI system in cloud computing environment and the fundamental theories of data mining and knowledge discovery on complicated data employing fractal data mining technology. The specific research scope includes : (1) Research on the hierarchical architecture of BI system in cloud computing environment and on achieving the dynamic scalability of business requirements; (2) Research on building the multi-tenant architecture of software-as-a-service business intelligence (SaaS BI) system and on multi-tenant data management and customizable business analysis process mechanisms; (3) Research on data warehouse construction techniques of SaaS BI system, so as to deal with the preprocessing, storage and retrieval optimization of large volume, high-dimensional and non-linear data; (4) Research on the fractal data mining techniques in cloud computing environment and the knowledge discovery process based on fractal data mining.
