中文摘要: 针对大数据环境下协同商务智能的新特点,系统研究大数据环境下协同商务智能构建中数据仓库新型结构和协同技术,以及利用流数据挖掘、多重分形和群智能挖掘技术进行复杂大数据的挖掘和知识发现的理论和方法。.具体研究内容为:(1)大数据环境下协同商务智能系统的分层体系结构,实现业务需求的动态扩展;(2)大数据环境下协同商务智能系统的数据仓库构建技术,解决大数据的预处理、存储机制和检索优化等问题;(3)协同商务智能中流数据管理和挖掘技术,实时有效地挖掘隐藏在流数据中的知识;(4)协同商务智能中多重分形和群智能挖掘技术,发现复杂数据集的本质特征和规律;(5)协同商务智能中协同技术,提高企业在大数据环境下商务智能系统的协同性。.本课题研究大数据环境下协同商务智能系统中的复杂数据处理、知识挖掘和业务协同等问题,旨在提高协同商务智能系统在复杂环境下的适应性和协同性,从而提高商务决策的时效性和科学性。

英文摘要: Taking the new features of collaborative business intelligence(CBI) in big data environment into account, this proposal systematically researches on the new data warehouse structure and collaborative technology of building CBI system under big data environment and the fundamental theories and methods of data mining and knowledge discovery on complicated big data employing streaming data mining technology, multi-fractal and swarm intelligence mining technology..The specific research scope includes: .(1) Research on the hierarchical architecture of CBI system in big data environment and on achieving the dynamic scalability of business requirements; .(2) Research on building data warehouse of in CBI system in big data environment, so as to deal with the preprocessing, storage and retrieval optimization of big data;.(3) Research on the streaming data management and mining technology in CBI system,so as to mine real-time knowledge hidden in the streaming data;.(4) Research on the multi-fractal and swarm intelligence mining technology in CBI system, so as to discover the essence characteristics and rules of complicated data sets;.(5) Research on the collaborative technology in CBI system, so as to improve the cooperation of business intelligence in big data environment..This proposal mainly focuses on the complicated data processing, knowledge mining and business collaboration in collaborative business intelligence systems in big data environment and aims at improving the adaptability and cooperation of collaborative business intelligence system in complex environment, in order to enhance the timeliness and scientificalness of business decisions.
