中文摘要: 针对历史城区遗产保护与交通发展矛盾日益突出的背景,课题立足于保护与发展的视角,研究历史城区保护与更新中的交通发展问题。本课题从历史城区交通发展面临的问题出发,在可持续发展与遗产保护优先的前提下,以整体交通效率提升为导向,基于出入口通行能力法和线性规划法建立交通承载力分析模型,构建交通承载力与土地利用的互动反馈环,并深入分析与地区开发、交通系统的相互关系,采用交叉列联分析法构建出行活动模式;在此基础上,系统设计高效、一体化交通体系,重点构建历史城区交通空间资源宏观配置优化模型和基于分区思想的中观设施配置方法,并从道路网、公交设施和停车设施三个方面研究交通空间资源合理利用方法与实现技术;最后通过南京、苏州等地实证研究进行验证和评估。研究成果将进一步完善历史城区交通系统与资源配置及利用规划方法,为历史城区交通可持续发展提供理论方法和技术上的支撑;同时也可为一般城市老城和旧城交通改善规划提供指导。

英文摘要: For the background of the increasingly prominent contradiction between historic conservation and transport development, based on the perspective of conservation and development, the subject studies the transport development of conservation and renewal in historic urban area by interdisciplinary. From the facing transport problems, based on the sustainable development and primacy of protecting, and taking transportation efficiency promotion for orientation, the traffic carrying capacity model is constructed by section capacity method and linear programming method, and the interacitve feedback loop between traffic carrying capacity and land use is builded. Also,the relationship with regional development and transport system are analyzed deeply. Then, travel activities model is established by cross-tabulation method. On this basis, efficient and integrative transport system is designed. The macro configuration optimization model of transport spatial resources is constructed and meso facilities configuration method based on divison in historic urban area. And, the reasonable utilization method and implementation technologies of transport spatial resources is proposed from the three respects of road network, public transport and parking facilities.
