中文摘要: 在定制产品生产过程中,深入理解并智能处理因客户需求动态变更而引发的产品配置更新问题,对于更深层次地把握和揭示产品全生命周期配置活动的内在本质和工作机理,有效提高大规模定制企业对客户个性化动态需求的快速响应能力至关重要。本项目以定制产品生产过程中,允许客户动态变更其产品需求规范为主线,系统研究产品配置更新的理论建模、优化及其在生产实践中的管理应用。通过深入剖析客户需求动态变更环境下的个性化配置知识库内在结构,建立个性化配置知识库,并探究个性化配置知识库的演化路径;以改进型条件约束满足问题模型为理论建模基础,建立可配置产品动态演化模型;分析定制产品生产过程中配置方案更新特征,基于可配置产品动态演化模型,提出相应产品配置更新的优化方案及其生产实际的管理应用。本项目拓展并丰富了传统配置领域的研究外延,属于大规模定制下动态响应客户需求变化的关键技术研究,具有较重要的理论意义和广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: In order to grasp and reveal the inherent property and working mechanism of product lifecycle configuration, and to effectively improve the ability of mass customization enterprises to quickly respond to the dynamic customer requirement rechange, it is important to comprehend and deal with product configuration rechange problem intelligently due to dynamic customer requirement rechange in the production process of custom product. Theoretical modeling,optimization and management application of product configuration rechange when allowing dynamic customer requirement rechange during the process of custom product will be systematically studied. Firstly, the individualized configuration knowledge base will be established by thoroughly analysis of its internal structure under dynamic customer requirement rechange, and its evolutionary path will be explored. Secondly, the evolutionary model of configurable product will be built based on theory of modified conditional constraint satisfaction problem. Then, by analyzing the characteristics of configuration scheme, the optimized scheme of corresponding product configuration rechange will be proposed.
