中文摘要: 对溢油发生后在水中各种环境参数下乳化过程的认识是一个十分复杂的问题, 通过遥感技术实时探测快速确定海上溢油乳化进程是当重大溢油事故发生后一项非常迫切需要解决且具有相当挑战性的问题。通过对水面上和水面下溢油进行激光诱导荧光探测,对获取的荧光光谱进行分析提取其光谱特征并与乳化油光谱特征数据库进行匹配,从而实时反推溢油在水中乳化过程(溢油初始形态、不稳定乳化物、半稳定乳化物、稳定乳化物)进行到哪个阶段了,进而推断溢油的归宿,是海上溢油监测领域全新的思想。运用溢油乳化过程激光诱导荧光光谱特征的变化规律反推乳化物的主要组分是本项目的创新之处。

英文摘要: Cognizing the emulsification process of oil spill under various cases of parameters is a very complex problem, and how to use remote sensing technology to real-time detect and quickly determine the emulsification process has become a very urgent and challenging issue when a major oil spill occurs. This project detects the oil spill upon and under the water with Laser induced fluorescence technique. By extracting spectral signatures of fluorescence spectrum and analyzing and comparing it with the spectral signatures database of emulsified oil, we can real-time determine which stage of emulsification the oil is in (oil spill initial stage, unstable emulsion, semi-stable emulsion, stable emulsion). It is a new idea for the monitoring of oil spill. Using the change rule of the spectral signatures of Laser induced fluorescence in emulsifying process to determine the main components of emulsion is the innovation of the project.
