中文摘要: 本项目重点探讨双40英尺岸桥配置和同贝同步装卸工艺下集装箱码头前沿的集成生产调度。它将泊位指派、岸桥分配、岸桥调度与集卡调度等四个问题作为一个整体,融合计算机科学中分布式计算、协同计算、并行计算、可重构计算的思想和经典的背包问题,得出基于属性的有阻塞动态可重构混合流水车间调度和多维多目标背包问题作为生产调度的建模框架,进而结合基于Agent的计算得出码头前沿生产作业的仿真模型。另一方面,同样基于分布式、协同、并行和可重构的思想设计多种群粒子群优化算法的多Agent系统模型,作为前述仿真模型的优化引擎。最后,在基于仿真的优化的思想方法下,整合上述仿真和算法模型,得出集装箱码头前沿集成生产调度的计算实验体系与控制决策范式。课题研究不仅旨在提高我国大中型集装箱码头规划管理、工艺设计和生产调度的自动化水平,而且也为探讨复杂物流系统中的自适应、自组织、自演化、自学习现象提出新的解决思路和应用例证参考。

英文摘要: The project lays special stress on container terminal quayside integrated scheduling with the configuration of dual forty-foot quay cranes and the technics of synchronous handling within a bay. That considers the berth allocation problem, quay crane assignment problem,quay crane scheduling problem and yard trailer dispatching problem all into one. The thinking in distributed computation, cooperative computing, parallel computation, reconfigurable computing and knapsack problem in computer science are combined to gain the modeling framework with dynamic reconfigurable hybrid flow shops with blocking based on attributes and multidimensional knapsack problem with multi-objective, which is used for container terminal quayside scheduling simulation model together with agent-based computing. At the same time, the thinking in distributed computation, cooperative computing, parallel computation, reconfigurable computing are also fused to design multi-agent systems model for multi-population particle swarm optimization algorithm, which is the optimization engine of the above simulation model.
