中文摘要: 高分子纳米复合材料在过去20多年间引起了学术界及工业界的广泛研发兴趣,并因此得到了长足的发展。但迄今人们对该领域的很多基本科学问题尚缺乏系统认识和正确理解,例如纳米颗粒与结晶性聚合物基体间的界面相互作用以及结晶行为等。本课题将通过多种方法(如原位聚合、熔融和溶液共混等)制备一系列具有代表性的结晶性高分子纳米复合材料,并使用多种表征技术和手段系统和深入研究表面性质不同的多维(一维、二维、三维)纳米颗粒对高分子基体结晶结构和形态、溶液和熔体结晶行为(包括成核机理和晶体生长方式)和界面特性的影响规律及其对高分子纳米复合材料力学性能等物理性质的影响。期望通过本项目的实施,对于深入理解和认识高分子纳米复合材料加工成型/制备-结构/形态-物理性能之间关系、丰富高分子材料的结晶理论和研究内容以及未来新型高性能高分子纳米复合材料的设计和研发提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。

英文摘要: Polymer nanocomposites have been paid extensive attentions during the past two decades and much progress has been achieved in this area. However, some fundamental scientific problems have not yet gained in-depth understanding and systematic studies, such as the interactions between the nanoparticles and polymer matrices as well as the effect of nanoparticles on the crystallization of polymers. In this project, a series of presentative and crystallizable polymer nanocomposites will be prepared by several approaches (such as in-situ polymerization, melt and/or solution blending). And various characterization techniques will be used to systematically study the effects of multi-dimensional (1D, 2D, 3D) nanoparticles (with different surface properties) on the crystal structures, crystalline morphologies, solution and melt crystallization behaviors (including nucleation and growth mechanisms), interfacial properties as well as the mechanical properties of polymer nanocomposites. Once the project is put in practice, it can be expected that the relationship of fabrication-morphology-property of polymer nanocomposites will be understood in-depth; and the study contents of polymer crystallization will be enriched accordingly; and it will also provide some insights and references for the R&D of novel polymer nanocomposites.
