中文摘要: 三域模糊控制器是针对分布参数系统所提出的一类新型模糊控制器,本项目从控制器系统化设计与理论分析两方面对其进行了深入探讨与研究。针对传感器优化配置问题,提出了一种能够从时空耦合的输入输出数据中提取空间特性的空间模糊聚类方法。在系统化结构设计问题上,提出了一种基于支持向量机的三域模糊控制器设计方法,该方法能够从时空耦合的输入输出数据中直接提取3-D模糊控制规则。利用规则库平面分解的方法,推导得到了三域模糊控制器的解析结构,对其进行了结构分析,得到了两个重要结果:①三域模糊控制器具有空间域上的全局滑模特性;②三域模糊控制器与传统模糊控制器具有空间等价关系。在解析结构的基础之上,利用三域模糊控制器在空间域上的全局滑模结构特性,推导出系统的全局稳定性,并且得到稳定控制的增益设计方法;利用小增益定理,推导出分布参数三域模糊控制系统的BIBO稳定性,并且得到稳定控制的增益设计方法。在典型分布参数系统上验证了三域模糊控制器的有效性,并且提出一种基于同步扰动随机逼近算法的控制器增益自调整方法,实验结果进一步验证了这一方法的有效性及先进性。

英文摘要: Three-domain fuzzy logic controller (3-D FLC) is a novel FLC developed for distributed parameter systems. This research project concentrates on the systematic design of 3-D FLC and its theory analysis. Firstly, a spatial fuzzy clustering method is proposed to extract spatial distribution characteristics from spatiotemporal data for optimal sensor placement. Then, an SVM learning-based 3-D FLC design method is developed for distributed parameter systems. In this method, 3-D fuzzy control rules are extracted by SVM learning algorithm from spatiotemporal data and the SVM learning results can be easily interpreted using linguistic knowledge. Utilizing the method of rule base plane, the analytical structure of a 3-D FLC is derived. Via analyzing its structure, two main results are obtained. The first one is that the 3-D FLC has a global sliding mode feature in the space domain. The other is that the 3-D FLC has a spatial equivalence relationship with the traditional FLC over the space domain. Based on the analytical structure, a global stability of the 3-D fuzzy controlled system is derived via utilizing the global sliding mode feature in the space domain, and a gain design method of 3-D FLC with guaranteed stability is given. Using the small gain theorem, BIBO stability of the 3-D fuzzy control system is discussed, and a gain design method of 3-D FLC with guaranteed stability is given. Finally, a typical distributed parameter process is applied to validate the effectiveness of 3-D FLC, and a gain self-tuning method of 3-D FLC based on simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation algorithm is proposed. Experimental results further validate the effectiveness of the method.
