中文摘要: 针对日光温室传统土栽生产方式不可持续性问题,选择封闭式基质和营养液调控生产方式,研究营养液的按需精量自适应调控模式,对保障蔬菜生产安全和环境安全,将具有重要的科学意义和应用前景。本课题以黄瓜为研究对象,在不同生长期开展环境因子、作物蒸腾速率和基质指标之间的相关关系的研究,建立各指标间的动态模型,并根据该模型研究在温室小气候环境因子、基质指标、作物蒸腾速率中一个或多个因子发生改变时,营养液各指标的优化调控方法和灌溉方式,调整供给时间、供给浓度、时间间隔与供给量等,进而实现营养液阶段化按需自适应调控,为实现日光温室封闭式栽培标准化生产奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: The traditional soil culture production mode in solar greenhouse is not sustainable. Research on precisely adaptive regulation according to the need of nutrition solution by using closed substrate and nutrition solution regulation production mode, which could ensure vegetable production safety and environmental safety, is of great significance and application prospect. This research intends to investigate the relationship between environmental factors, crop transpiration rate and substrate index in different growth periods using cucumber as model, and build related dynamic models. The optimal regulation method and irrigation mode of the nutrition solution's indexes, such as supply time, supply concentration, interval and supply volume, will be further studied to achieve adaptive regulation, when one or several of environmental factors, substrate index and crop transpiration rate of the solar greenhouse are changed. This research will provide closed system standardized production in solar greenhouse with theoretical basis.
