中文摘要: 水肥在设施花卉生产过程中起关键作用,对花卉生长和品质有重要影响,但生产过程中水氮耦合对花卉生长和品质的影响还不清楚,我们前期已定量分析了水分对切花百合生长和品质的影响,并建立了水分对切花百合生长和品质影响的模型,在此基础上提出水氮耦合对切花百合生长和品质的影响。我们以基于光温(Plant based photo-thermal, PTI)的温室花卉生长和品质的模型为基础,定量分析不同定植期、水分、氮素和水氮耦合处理对切花百合生长指标(叶面积指数、叶片最大总光合速率、干物质生产和分配)和外观品质指标(株高、叶片数、茎粗、花朵数、花苞大小)的动态影响,探索切花百合正常生长的临界水势、临界氮浓度及水氮耦合因子,建立水氮耦合对切花百合生长和外观品质影响的预测模型,揭示水氮耦合对切花百合生长和外观品质影响的规律,提高水肥利用效率,为设施栽培花卉生产中水肥的精准调控和管理奠定基础和提供决策支持。

英文摘要: Water and fertilizer are the important factors in improving the productivity of facility agriculture, and affect the Ornamentals growth and external quality. It is unclear how coupling of water and nitrogen affect ornamentals growth and quality during production. Previously we have quantitatively analyzed the effects of substrate water potential on crop growth and external quality of cut lily, and established the predicting model of the effects on the growth and quality of cut lily. On this basis, we put forward the effects of coupling of water and nitrogen on crop growth and external quality of cut lily. Based on the model describing the effect of photo-thermal index (PTI) on greenhouse flower growth and external quality, we will analyze the effects of different planting period, different water treatments, different nitrogen treatments and different coupling water and nitrogen treatments on the growth index (leaf area index, the maximum leaf net photosynthetic rate, dry matter production and partitioning) and the external quality index (plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, number of flowers, flower bud size) of cut lily. We explore the critical water potential, the critical nitrogen and coupling factor water and nitrogen of cut lily normal growth, and develop a model to predict the growth, external quality
