中文摘要: 摘要:构建体育目标指标管理测量技术对学校体育发展具有至关重要作用。目前体育目标指标设计与成绩评价测量方法技术方面存在关键性问题。在指标设计上,《健康标准》与《课标》的目标指标相脱节,使《标准》评价目的与体育目标发展产生双轨运行机制。在成绩评价测量上,以评价运动成绩指标为主,缺乏以总体目标为单位的整合评价工具。本项目将基于多色集合理论,以目标管理、指标管理、 认知理论、锻炼行为理论以及运动学习与控制理论为依据,运用国内外实证研究的结论以及国际公认的体育指标评判准则,确定各项体育目标层化评价指标模型;采用AHP、数理逻辑、矩阵论、模糊数学、EFA、CFA、CORRELATION、MANOVA、层次回归(HRA)及多元统计分析等方法,构建多色集合体育目标层化整合指标管理检测工具,建立定性与定量功能兼备的体育目标指标管理智能评价系统。本项目旨在创新体育目标评价体系,提供科学有效的教育质量管理工具。

英文摘要: Abstract: It is a crucial important function that school physical education(PE) create the assessment instrument of indicator management for PE goals. At present, a significant problem existed is the indicator design and the assessment instrument of PE goals. In the indicator design, the objectives and purposes of both 《Fitness Test Standard》 and 《National PE Standard》 were running on the double -tracking. The sport performance criteria dominated in the PE assessment because the national PE standards are short of the comprehensive evaluation instrument. By means of utilizing authentic research and international rules to justify PE indicators,the purpose of this sdudy is to identify the evaluation model of the hierarchy indicator management for PE objectives to be based on the polychromatic sets (PS) and the directory of management by objectives, indicator management, recognized theory, exercise behavior theory, motor learning and power theory, etc. The method of statistics will be used by AHP, mathematical logic, matrix, fuzzy mathematics, EFA, CFA, correlation, MANOVA, HRA, etc. The result of research is to establish the assessment system of hierarchy indicator management for PE objectives based on polychromatic sets, and develop quantitative and qualitative system of evalution of PE objectives.
