中文摘要: 压电陶瓷取向生长技术是提高铌酸钾钠(KNN)无铅压电陶瓷压电性能的重要方法。以片状铌酸钠为模板的KNN取向陶瓷取向度低,对KNN取向厚膜制备及生长机制研究不足。本项目拟采用非醇盐溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)体系,以铌酸钾钠纳米棒为模板,制备高压电性能的KNN高取向厚膜。优化KNN纳米棒及以KNN纳米棒为模板的KNN取向厚膜的制备工艺,研究KNN厚膜晶相转变机制和铁电畴变化规律,揭示KNN纳米棒模板诱导厚膜结晶取向生长机制,探索组分、结晶性与电性能之间的内在关联,建立Sol-gel法制备以KNN纳米棒模板KNN 高取向压电厚膜的新方法,实现KNN 基无铅压电厚膜制备及其结构、性能调控,大幅度提高 KNN 厚膜压电性能。本项研究将突破以KNN纳米棒为模板的KNN高取向厚膜的Sol-gel法制备技术,为高性能KNN基无铅压电厚膜材料制备提供新思路,为先进压电薄膜研发奠定科学基础。

英文摘要: The piezoelectric ceramic oriented growth technique is an important method to improve the piezoelectric performance of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic potassium sodium niobate(KNN). The orientation degree of oriented KNN ceramics with plate-like niobium sodium as the templates was low, and the study on the preparation and growth mechanism of oriented KNN thick films was not sufficient. In the present work, we attempt to prepare highly oriented KNN thick films with high piezoelectric properties by the non-alkoxide sol-gel system using KNN nanorods as the templates. The manufacture process of KNN nanorods and the highly oriented KNN thick films with KNN nanorods as the templates were optimized, and the crystal phase transition mechanism and the ferroelectric domain variation of KNN thick films were studied. The growth mechanism of the crystalline orientation induced by KNN nanorod templates and the inherent relationship among the components, the crystal structure and the electrical properties of the thick films were revealed. A new method of preparing highly oriented KNN piezoelectric thick films with KNN nanorods as the templates based on the sol-gel technique was established.
