中文摘要: 再生利用项目已成为我国城市旧工业区建设的主流趋势,但由于相关政策模糊,项目合作机制不健全,项目参与各方的利益冲突引发了一系列社会矛盾。本课题以博弈理论为主要研究工具,针对旧工业区再生利用模式的多样性和项目自身的特殊性,对城市旧工业区再生利用项目决策及利益分配展开实践调研,统计、整理、分析相关的基础信息,建立完善旧工业区再生利用项目基础信息库;以项目参与各方为博弈局中人,确定其各自的策略集合和策略组合下的收益,对收益进行合理量化;初步建立不完全信息下的旧工业区再生利用非合作博弈模型,进而构建基于谈判理论的合作博弈模型,寻求局中人利益的帕累托最优;通过大量样本的博弈模拟运算及调试,保证模型的稳定性与可靠性,确定旧工业区再生利用的利益形成机制,为旧工业区再生利用项目开发提供决策依据。

英文摘要: As the recycling projects become the main trend of the construction in old industrial areas, due to the fuzzy related policy and unsound project cooperation mechanism,the conflict of interests among the project participants result in a series of social contradictions. Based on the study on game theory, considering the diversity of old industrial area recycling model and each project's own particularity, a practice research on the method of decision-making and distribution of interests of old industrial area recycling project has been taken to improve the basic information base of old industrial recycling project, and ascertain the strategy set and the proceeds of each player under different combination of strategies. According to the project's actual situation, construct the game model respectively of the recycling of the old industrial area under the incomplete information, and find the players' Pareto Optimality based on the theory of negotiation and cooperation game mode. And development software synchronously to identify the Interests mechanism of old industrial area's recycling, provide the decision basis for the old industrial area's recycling project.
