中文摘要: 本课题采用96个阵列式超高亮发光二极管(LED)既作光源又作单色器,实现了光源/单色器、比色池和检测器三个器件集成的模块化比色装置,该阵列式多通道模块化比色装置用作新型农药残毒快速检测仪的核心器件,可实现96通道同时检测。该模块化比色装置替代了传统的钨灯、反射镜、透镜、光栅或钨灯、滤光片、光纤构成的光学系统。解决了在恶劣的环境条件下(如振动、潮湿、高温等)使波长偏移钨灯老化造成工作曲线失真,钨灯光源使用寿命短和能耗大等问题。采用恒流源、脉冲供电技术和双波长测量的差吸光度技术,消除或最大程度地减少因光源闪烁漂移,并将噪声降低到最低程度,提高了检测精度。研制出96通道阵列式农药残留检测仪,不但检测速度快(可实现每小时检测1440个果蔬样品);而且有效的解决了多通道检测一致性差,假阳(阴)性检出率较高等技术难题。该项研究将为多波长阵列式的新一代酶标仪和抗生素检测仪的研制奠定了基础。
