中文摘要: SmCo5/Fe(Co)纳米复合永磁材料有望发展成为不含重稀土元素的高性能高使用温度永磁材料,在风力发电、混合动力汽车和航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。传统球磨法等制备纳米复合永磁体存在的主要问题:①软硬磁相粉体粒径较大,形态和分布不均匀;②纳米颗粒易团聚、难分散,难以取向成形;③高温烧结晶粒长大和合金化。因此,不能充分发挥纳米复合永磁体的性能潜力。本项目拟在前期采用无机化学法制备出的粒径细小均匀、矫顽力高的SmCo5纳米磁性粒子的基础上,通过化学自组装的方法,制备出具有均匀软磁相厚度的SmCo5/Fe(Co)核壳结构复合纳米磁粉,使软硬磁相的粒径和分布在纳米尺度上有效调控,实现磁耦合;提出离心分离磁场沉积技术,以实现SmCo5/Fe(Co)复合纳米磁粉的取向成形;采用SPS大压力低温烧结,控制纳米晶粒长大。探索出一条制备高磁能积各向异性SmCo5/Fe(Co)纳米复合永磁材料的新途径。

英文摘要: SmCo5/Fe(Co) nanocomposite is a potential material as high temperature magnets without heavy rare earth. It can be applied in wind power generation,hybrid power automobile,and more electric aircraft et al. There are some main difficulties for preparing the nanocomposite magnets by traditional ball-milling method: ①the magnetic powders show large size, uneven distribution and morphology;②aggregation of the nano-particles, difficult for aligning;③nano-grain growth and alloying during sintering under high temperature. These limit the development of nanocomposite magnets. The project will synthesize core/shell SmCo5/Fe(Co) nano-particles, based on the formerly prepared small size and well-distributed SmCo5 nano-particles by inorganic chemistry. The hard and soft magnetic phase will be controlled at the nanoscle to achieve exchange coupling. A new aligning method is proposed for depositing the nano-particles by centrifugation under an applied magnetic field. the product is taken shape with orientation. SPS will be employed under high pressure and low temperature for sintering the nano magnets. The purpose is to explore a effective way to prepare anisotropic SmCo5/Fe(Co) nanocomposite magnets with high magnetic energy.
