中文摘要: 地震威胁着港口大型机械安全使用,集装箱起重机的大型化使其更易遭受地震破坏,明确大型集装箱起重机地震载荷作用下的破坏模式及破坏机理,提高起重机结构抗震性能,是当前大型起重设备在安全使用和设计领域高度关注和急需解决问题之一。本项目拟采用摩擦接触和大变形理论、有限元非线性时程定量计算与统计分析、振动台地震模拟试验验证三者相结合的研究方法,针对大型集装箱起重机在地震载荷作用下动力学特性及其抗震性能评估方法开展理论和试验研究。主要研究包括地震激励下大型集装箱起重机非线性动力学的精细建模;大型集装箱起重机地震动力学行为关键参数辨识与试验研究;基于结构地震易损性曲线的大型集装箱起重机抗震性能评估方法理论研究。预期研究成果将为大型集装箱起重机地震反应的非线性动力学建模及抗震性能评估方法提供基本的分析方法和途径,对于提高我国大型起重机综合抗震性能和工作安全性具有重要的推动作用。

英文摘要: Earthquakes pose a significant threat to the safe use of large habor machinery, and the increasing size of container cranes has resulted in vulnerability to seismic loads which has not previously been recognized. To explore the failure mode and mechanism of large container crane under earthquake loads and to improve the seismic performance of the crane structures is one of the problems much needed to sloved and paid high attation in the field of safe use and design for large seaport machinery. Base on frictional contanct theory, large deformation theory, dynamic time-history quantitative calculation and the statistics analysis performed on nonlinear finite element mode, and vibration earthquake simulation experiment, this project is planned to perform researches on the seismic performance evaluation and dynamic behavior of jumbo container crane under earthquake loads by combination the theory analysis, nonlinear finite element modeling and experimental study method.Research contents mainly includes establishing nonlinear dynamics detailed mode, the key parameters identification and experimental investigation dynamic behaviors of jumbo container crane under seismic exitations and the seismic performance evaluation of crane based on seismic structural fragility.
