中文摘要: 本课题旨在运用非线性动力学的混沌理论对海洋环境下缸套-活塞环磨损过程中的动力学行为进行定性分析与定量表征研究,并在此基础上建立复杂摩擦学系统的动力学模型。课题将首先进行海洋环境下的摩擦学试验平台设计与磨损试验来得到反映实际摩擦学系统的摩擦信号;其次运用混沌理论对缸套-活塞环磨损过程的混沌动力学行为演变规律进行定量表征及磨损状态识别研究,并分析海洋环境与工况参数等对系统动力学行为的影响;最后基于上述研究建立摩擦学系统的动力学模型来揭示系统内禀特性。本课题以海洋环境为背景,从混沌动力学理论出发,对典型摩擦学系统动力学行为进行学科交叉研究,有助于为认识从前未被发现的摩擦学系统特性开拓新的视野;具有创新性和应用前景,丰富了摩擦学理论,也促进摩擦学系统动力学研究进一步深入发展。

英文摘要: Based on the chaos theory in nonlinear dynamics, dynamic behavior of cylinder-piston ring system during wear process in marine environment will be qualitatively and quantitatively investigated. A complex dynamics tribology model will be then established. In this project, the tribolgical test platform in marine environment and relevant wear tests will be designed and performed to obtain friction signal that can reflect actual tribology system; afterwards, the evolution rule of chaotic dynamic behavior in the wear process of cylinder-piston ring system will be investigated and quantitatively characterized based on chaos theory, the wear state will be identified and the influence of marine environment and operating parameters on dynamic behavior will be analyzed; finally, the dynamics model of tribology system will be established on the basis of above research to reveal intrinsic characteristics. With marine environment as background and chaotic dynamics theory as foundation, interdisciplinary research on typical tribological systems will be conducted to explore and discover previously undetected characteristics. In summary, the research will not only enrich the tribology theoretically, but also promote further development of tribo-system dynamics, which have innovations and broad application prospects.
