中文摘要: 纳米压电发电是当前国际纳米材料研究的前沿和热点之一,是具有重要科学意义和实际应用价值的研究课题,也是非常具有挑战性的工作。本项目选择复合压电材料纳米线阵列,开展制备技术、成分设计、压电发电机组装和压电发电性能测试等系统基础研究,重点研究四个关键科学问题:复合压电纳米线阵列的调控生长及其生长机理;结构设计和组装工艺与性能的关联;复合机理及其压电发电性能的关联;基于理论模拟的压电输出机理的探索和改善压电发电性能的有效途径。本项目对复合压电纳米材料及其生长机理、复合压电发电机理和压电发电性能的改善具有创新性,研究成果将对基于复合压电纳米线阵列的压电发电器件的开发和应用提供很好的理论和实践依据。

英文摘要: At present, the research of piezoelectric nanogenerator has become one of the front and hotspot tasks in the international nanomaterials research field. It not only has both significant theoretic values and wide potential applications, but also is a certain challenge task. Based on the piezoelectric composite nanowire arrays, this project will carry out the systematic and basic research including preparation techniques, composition design, the assembling techniques and the measurement of properties for piezoelectric nanogenerator. We will study the following four key scientific problems, such as the tuning growth of the piezoelectric composite nanowire arrays and its growth mechanism, the relationship of structural design, assembling techniques and properties, the relationship between composition mechanism and piezoelectric property, and based on the theoretical simulation of the piezoelectric output mechanism, effective methods and approaches to improve piezoelectric property. This work has novelty for the piezoelectric composite nanowire arrays nanogenerator, growth mechanism, piezoelectric composition mechanism, and improved properties. It is expected the present research may offer useful guidelines to the design and application of piezoelectric composite nanomaterials and devices.
