中文摘要: 水泥是极为重要的基础性材料,现代工程越来越迫切需要高性能水泥。磷铝酸盐水泥是具有高胶凝性和多功能性特质的、属于我国自主知识产权的新型水泥。目前对于磷铝酸盐水泥的矿物组成尚没有给出确定性意见,导致凝结时间不易控制、长期强度容易倒缩等性能不稳定的问题,限制了其优异功能的发挥。本项目依据材料设计理论对CaO-Al2O3-P2O5三元系统进行系统性基础研究,设计并制备三元化合物晶体矿物(单矿物),确定其化学组成,解析其晶体结构,解释其活性来源,确定其水化机理、产物类型、微观结构的形成与性能的关系。在此基础上,通过材料设计理论和矿相组织构件式组合,按预定性能设计并制备磷铝酸盐胶凝水泥熟料(多矿物体系),研究水泥熟料的水化、凝结、硬化机理,从理论上阐述该水泥熟料熟料矿物组成、硬化浆体显微组织结构与性能的关系。为制备出各方面性能均衡、多功能的磷铝酸盐水泥材料,为后续研究应用提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Cements are very important structural material, modern engineering structures requires high performance cements. Phosphoaluminate cement is a new type of cementing material, which has the high potential characteristics in performance and multifunctions. It belongs to our country's independent intellectual property rights.However, mineral compositions of the phosphoaluminate cement have not been determined definitely, leading to the performance unstable. It's setting time is too short to be controlled, and the long strength is easily self decreased. These shortages limit its other excellent properties to develop further. To overcome these problems, the project is going to investigate CaO - Al2O3 - P2O5 ternary system thoroughly. Design and prepare a ternary compound crystal mineral (single mineral) according to material design theory, determine its chemical composition, analyse its crystal structure, explain the cementing mechanism. Determine the relationship among the hydration mechanism of ternary compound crystal,hydration product type, and its paste microstructure. Furthermore, design and prepare the phosphoaluminate cement clinker (multi-minerals system) according to theory of material design and mineralogical organization component, study the hydration process, the setting and hardening mechanism of the cement clinker. Elaborate theoretically the relationship among the mineral composition of cement clinker, microstructure of hardened paste, and the performance development. Provide theoretical basis for the preparation cement which has various balanced performance, multi-functions, for the further research and application of the phosphoaluminate cement.
