中文摘要: 引导城乡生产要素进行双向流动、平等交换,促进公共资源在城乡间均衡配置,是实现我国城乡发展一体化的关键所在,也是推进新型城镇化与新农村建设战略的核心内容。因而,系统开展城乡生产要素空间集聚与优化调控研究具有重要的学科理论价值和现实意义。本项目以人地关系地域系统理论、点轴开发理论以及城乡地域互动作用原理为指导,应用遥感与GIS技术、系统评价分析、专家咨询、抽样调查与模型方法,以京津冀都市圈典型地域(大城市和工矿发达区、平原农区、山地丘陵区)为例,围绕快速城镇化进程中城乡生产要素空间集聚的动态格局与机理、类型分异、时空规律、地域模式及其动力机制等关键科学问题,深入开展不同地域系统城乡要素集聚的差异特点、问题与典型模式分析,提出要素空间集聚的可行途径与对策建议,探索优化调控城乡要素空间集聚的地理学研究的相关理论与学科方法,为我国推进城乡发展一体化、新型城镇化发展与新农村建设的科学决策提供参

英文摘要: The guidance of two-way flows and equal exchange of production elements, and the promotion of balanced allocation of public resources between urban and rural areas is the key point for urban-rural integrated development in China. It is also the core content of new-type urbanization and the strategy of new countryside construction. Thus, the comprehensive study of spatial agglomeration and optimal regulation of urban & rural production elements is of great scientific and practical merits. Guided by the theories of man-land relationship, point-axis development, and urban-rural interaction principle, the project aims to investigate the different characteristics, modes and specific problems of spatial agglomeration of urban & rural production elements within different regional background. This basic aim also includes the study of feasible routes and related policies of optimally regulating production elements between urban and rural areas. The key research question consists of the structure, types, spatial-temporal discipline, regional patterns and dynamic mechanism of spatial agglomeration of urban & rural production elements against the background of rapid urbanization.
