中文摘要: 在高得率制浆前预提取木材纤维原料中的部分半纤维素,不仅能够实现半纤维素资源的高值化利用,还能保证传统纸浆和纤维产品的生产,有利于实现生物质资源的充分高效利用。本项目围绕杨木化学机械制浆前自水解预处理过程中产生的乙酸展开研究,对杨木自水解过程中乙酸的形成规律、乙酸对半纤维素在自水解过程中溶出行为的影响、自水解预处理对杨木化学组分的影响,以及自水解预处理对后续化学机械制浆及纸浆性能进行研究,以期通过对杨木自水解过程中乙酸形成的调控实现对杨木化学机械制浆前半纤维素的预提取效果与后续化学机械制浆质量的调控。该项目的实施将为自水解预处理在高得率制浆中的应用提供理论基础和技术支持,有利于传统制浆造纸工业向"复合型森林生物质精炼工业"发展。

英文摘要: Pre-extracting part of hemicelluloses from wood materials can not only realize a high value-added utilization of hemicelluloses resources but also ensure the production of traditional pulps and fiber products by using the extracted wood materials, which benefits the highly efficient use of bioresources. The present research will mainly focus on the acetic acid formation during the aspen autohydrolysis prior to chemi-mechanical pulping. In the aspen autohydrolysis pretreatment, the forming behavior of acetic acid, effect of acetic acid on the hemicelluloses dissolution, the chemical composition of aspen chips, and effect of the autohydrolysis pretreatment on the follow-up chemi-mechanical pulping and resultant pulp properties, will be investigated. It is expected that the regulation of both the hemicelluloses extraction and its effect on following chemi-mechanical pulping can be obtained by regulating the acetic acid formation during the aspen autohydrolysis prior to chemi-mechanical pulping. Carrying out the present study can provide the theoretical possibility and technical supporting for the application of autohydrolysis pretreatment in the high-yield pulping process, which is of benefit to the conversion of traditional pulp and paper industry to that of integrated forest biorefineries.
