中文摘要: 提高风电并网的安全、稳定和经济运行是大规模高效利用风电的关键技术,其涉及最大限度捕获能量、延长风机寿命和提高电能质量等几个相互制约的关键因素,而考虑风能-电能转换系统的微分动态耦合控制是实现上述目标的基本条件。为此,本项目在构建含风能-电能非线性微分耦合、多目标的优化预测动态控制模型基础上,研究该微分耦合系统的动态控制规律;探究该系统多目标控制的最优平衡点机理,摆脱多目标权重选择的困扰;基于Copula连接函数推导风电机组间的非线性时空相依关系,据此提高风速预测精度、指导控制;探索在现代内点理论和差分方法求解框架下,矩阵的稀疏特性,精确降维、快速求解的方法和技术,从而实现风-电能源转换系统的高效、安全、稳定和快速的最优协调非线性动态控制,使之稳定运行于各时间尺度的多种工况。项目研究成果为风能-电能转换系统的安全稳定经济运行提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: Improving security, stability and economic operation of wind power is the key technology of efficient use of wind power in large-scale. It relates to the maximization of the captured energy, extending fan life and improving power quality and so which are the key factors of several interrelated constraints. It is basic condition of taking control theory on wind - electric energy changing system with differential dynamic coupling into consideration to achieve the object. To this end, the project is based on building wind - power of non-linear differential coupling, multi-objective optimization of predictive dynamic control model, Studying of the coupled system of the differential dynamic control law ;Exploring the mechanism of optimal balance point of multi- target control in wind - electric system is to get rid of the weight choicing trouble of multi-objections; Based on Copula function to derive the non-linear time and space dependencies relationship among wind power unit, so it can exalt the accuracy of precidtion of wind power and instruct controlling; We inquire into the schetch of modern interior point theory and the difference method and to research matrix sparsity, accurate dimension reduction, fast solution methods and techniques, so to achieve high-efficiency, security and stability of the optimal coord
