中文摘要: 发现结构新颖、作用机制独特、高效低毒的先导化合物是新农药原始创新的核心。芳基吡啶类化合物活性优异、与现有商品化杀螨剂无交互抗性,已成为害螨防治研究的热点之一。本项目在已有工作基础上,选择苯基吡啶类化合物为先导化合物,采用有机合成、室内和田间生物活性评价、计算机辅助分子设计等方法,对新设计的苯基吡啶类化合物进行合成及定量构效关系研究。本项目将对发现结构新颖的杀螨剂提供实验和理论依据,为我国新农药创制的基础研究作出贡献。

英文摘要: In search of novel kind of lead compounds with new structures, special mode of action,high activity and low toxicity is the key to discover new agrochemicals. Arylpyridine derivative which have showed high activity and no cross-resistance to commercial acaricides has been one of the important research focus of mite control. In this project, the phenylpyridine derivative has been used as the lead compound on the basis of our previous studies, synthesis and structure-activity relationship of the new pheylpyridine derivatives will be investigated using organic synthesis, indoor and field biological test, computer-aided molecular design. This project will provide the experimental and theoretical basis for new acaricide discover, and contribute to the basic innovation research of pesticide in china.
