中文摘要: 微动特征在目标探测与识别领域的重要价值已经引起国内外学术界的极大关注。利用微动特性进行目标识别包括目标微动信号检测、微动特征提取估计、微动辨识三个环节。针对实际环境中目标微动调制特性复杂、特性时变、分量强度弱的难点问题,本项目拟着力开展基于特性增强的目标微动检测、估计与辨识理论和方法的研究,在深入分析微动目标雷达回波调制特性的基础上,提出目标微动信号分量增强的波形设计方法,实现目标微动特性信号的最大化检测,针对复杂时变微动提出目标微动参数估计方法,并研究目标微动模式与微动特征事件的辨识方法,建立微动检测、参数估计与辨识的闭环处理回路,实现目标微动信息的主动增强与深度挖掘。项目研究成果可为目标微动特性研究提供新的研究思路和技术途径,对于充分挖掘和全面利用目标微动信息从而提高特种高价值军事目标探测识别能力具有重要意义。

英文摘要: In the field of radar target detection and recognition, the significance of micro-Doppler signature has already grabbed substantial research attention. The process of exploiting micro-Doppler signature consists of three phases: 1). micro-Doppler signal detection, 2). micro-Doppler signature estimation, and 3). micro-motion identification. In practical environment, however, the radar echo modulation would be fairly complicated, e.g. time-varying micro-motions, weak components, etc., which brings difficulties to the detection. To cope with such problems, this project will concentrate on how to detect and estimate micro-Doppler signature based on signature intensifying. To maximize the micro-Doppler detection, the micro-motion component waveform should be designed after a comprehensive analysis of radar echo modulation. The time-varying issue will be taken into account when proposing the parameter estimation method. Afterwards, the identification approach of micro-motion mode and signature event will be investigated. Finally, the active enhancement and deep mining of the micro-motion information can be achieved by building a close loop of micro-motion signal detection, parameter estimation and identification.
