中文摘要: 全电多电飞机的发展对起动发电系统的高可靠性提出了更高的要求,采用多相结构实现容错控制是提高起动发电机可靠性的重要技术途径。三相电励磁双凸极电机(DSEM)构成的起动发电系统已在飞机上得到试飞验证。但研究发现DSEM若采用多相结构,存在明显的电感不对称与定位转矩,将影响起动发电性能。基于此,本项目提出对电励磁双凸极容错起动发电机(FTDSES/G)进行研究,研究多相DSEM的相数、定转子极对数等结构参数的选取方法,给出解决相电感不对称与定位转矩的方法,确定适合容错起动发电运行的DSEM拓扑结构和优化设计准则;在此基础上,研究确定FTDSES/G的双向功率变换器拓扑结构,揭示双向功率变换器、FTDSES/G系统的容错控制规律及运行特性。本项目将有利于拓展DSEM、起动发电以及电机系统容错控制的理论研究及应用领域,形成具有完全自主知识产权的新型航空容错起动发电机技术。研究成果可应用于航空等领域。

英文摘要: The more electric/all electric aircraft raises higher requirement for the reliability of starter/generator system. The multiphase electric machine and its fault-tolerant control technology is an important way to improve the reliability of the starter/generator system. The three-phase Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Machine (DSEM) was developed as a starter/generator and verified on an aircraft. The preparatory study found that the conventional DSEM with multiphase has the shortcoming of nonnegligible inductance asymmetry and cogging torque, which will affect the machine performance. Therefore, the Fault-Tolerant Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Starter/Generator(FTDSES/G)is proposed in this project. The selection method of phase, stator and rotor pole number will be presented. The phase asymmetry problem of multiphase DSEM will be solved. Based on the presented machine topology and its bidirectional converter, the control law and its impact on the operating characteristics of the FTDSES/G system will be revealed. The project will help to expand the theory and applications of DSEM and starter/generator system, and build national independent intellectual property rights on the new aircraft starter/generator. The research results can be used in aircraft field directly.
