中文摘要: 本项目将结合自适应控制、Backstepping设计、优化控制以及相关的数学理论,利用模糊逻辑系统或神经网络的逼近特性,研究不确定非线性系统的自适应优化控制问题。重点研究内容:1)解决不确定非线性三角结构系统的自适应优化控制问题,突破现有优化方法要求系统结构满足匹配条件的限制;2)研究存在非光滑输入环节的不确定非线性三角结构系统自适应优化控制,设计具有抑制非光滑输入影响功能的优化算法;3)设计具有未知控制方向的不确定非线性三角结构系统自适应优化方法,基于Nussbaum增益技术,构建新的自适应优化策略。应用Lyapunov方法,分析和证明闭环系统的稳定性、鲁棒性以及收敛性等理论问题,取得高水平的理论研究成果。本项目的研究将进一步发展和丰富非线性控制、智能控制和优化控制理论,为复杂动态系统提供一套新颖的优化分析与设计方法,因而,具有重要的理论意义和学术价值。

英文摘要: By combining the adaptive control, backstepping design, optimization control and related mathematic theories, this project will investigate the adaptive optimization control problems for uncertain nonlinear systems based on the approximation property of the fuzzy logic systems or the neural networks. The main research contents of this project are as follows: 1) The adaptive optimization control problems for uncertain nonlinear triangular structure systems will be solved. The proposed adaptive optimization control schemes can overcome the restrictions of the system structure satisfying the matching condition in the existing optimization methods; 2) The adaptive optimization control design methods will be studied for uncertain nonlinear triangular structure systems with nonsmooth nonlinearity inputs. The proposed adaptive optimization algorithms can attenuate the effects of nonsmooth nonlinearity inputs; 3) The adaptive optimization control of uncertain nonlinear triangular structure systems with unknown control direction will be designed and the novel adaptive optimization strategies can be constructed based on Nussbaum gain technique. Finally, the stability, robustness and convergence of the closed-loop system and the other related theoritical problems will be proved and analyzed, and some high level theoritical research results will be obtained. The research of this project can further develop and enrich nonlinear control, intelligent control and optimization control theories. Moreover, it can provide some novel optimization control approaches for complex dynamic systems. Therefore, it has important theoretic meaning and academic values.
