中文摘要: 合成射流是一种新型的主动流动控制技术,在附面层控制、气动力控制、流动分离控制、推力矢量控制以及增强混合等方面有着广阔的应用前景,将其应用于压气机叶栅流动控制也具有重要的现实意义和研究价值。本项目采用实验研究和数值计算相结合的形式,首先对一种新型大功率合成射流激励器进行开发研制和优化设计,然后将其应用于压气机叶栅流动分离控制进行研究。项目内容包括:①大功率、紧致合成射流激励器的开发研制与优化设计;②叶栅端壁合成射流控制研究:将激励器加装于叶栅端壁,在分离点及分离线附近进行合成射流出口的单孔和阵列的优化布置,并开展栅内流动控制研究;③叶栅吸力面合成射流控制研究:将合成射流出口布置在叶栅吸力面分离点及分离线附近,并进行优化布局和栅内流动控制机理研究。项目研究结果将为深入开展主动流动控制技术在叶轮机械内流控制中的研究打下良好的基础,并为其进一步走向实际应用做技术储备。

英文摘要: Synthetic jet,a new active flow control, can be used for boundary layer control, aerodynamic force control, separation control, jet thrust vectoring and mixing enhancement, etc. There are important practical significance and research value for synthetic jet applying in the compressor cascade. Experimental investigation and numerical simulation are combined in the research. The research, development and optimization design of a new high-power synthetic jet actuator are carried out at first. Then the influence of synthetic jet on separation is studied in detail for compressor cascade. The main research contents include: (1)The research, development and optimization design of a new high-power synthetic jet actuator; (2) Synthetic jet control research on the cascade endwall: the single actuator or actuator array is installed around the separation point and near the separation line on the cascade endwall; (3)Synthetic jet control research on the suction surface: the actuator is installed around the separation point and near the separation line on the suction surface. The research will provide a basis for further study and offer the technological reserve for the practical application.
