中文摘要: 采用液相还原法,通过成分设计、优化反应条件和控制热压工艺参数制备显微组织均匀且无Ag网的块体纳米晶二元双相Ag基合金;与机械合金化法制备具有Ag网结构的块体纳米晶合金及粉末冶金法制备的常规尺寸合金对比,研究块体纳米晶二元双相Ag基合金在氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机理;揭示显微组织如晶粒尺寸、第二相的结构与分布等对元素扩散传输以及腐蚀性能的影响机制;表征晶粒尺寸、第二相的结构及分布与合金的活性溶解,钝化膜的形成、生长以及致密程度,钝化膜的溶解、侵蚀性离子对钝化膜的破坏及钝化膜的自修复能力的关系;寻找影响块体纳米晶二元双相合金腐蚀性能的因素以及提高纳米材料腐蚀性能的方法。这些研究对于深化材料腐蚀理论,延长纳米材料使用寿命,为纳米材料实用化提供理论和技术支撑等方面都具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Binary two-phase Ag-based nanocrystalline bulk alloys with homogeneous microstructure and no Ag net will be prepared by hot pressing powders obtained by aqueous reducing method through the composition design and the optimization for reactive conditions as well as the control of hot pressing process parameters. The corrosion mechanisms of binary two-phase Ag-based nanocrystalline bulk alloys prepared by aqueous reducing method will be studied in NaCl solution as compareed with the corresponding nanocrystalline bulk alloys by mechanical alloying method and coarse grained bulk alloys by powders metallurgy method. Detailed analysis will be done on the effect of grain size, second-phase structure and distribution on the diffusion of the elements and corrosion behavior. Relationship will be determined between grain size, second-phase structure as well as distribution and the active dissolution, the formation, growth and densitites of passive film,the dissolution of passitive films, the destructive effect of erosive ions on passive films and self-repairing ability of passive films. Moreover, the factors affecting the corrosion properties of the nanocrystalline bulk materials will be investigated in order to increase their corrosion resistances.
