中文摘要: 虚拟水贸易理论拓展了区域资源利用空间,虚拟水战略实施并非仅仅意味着实现水资源的优化配置,其间区域虚拟水流动的同时也伴随着区域间土地资源的潜在转移。面对我国水土资源紧缺的严峻形势以及区域经济发展的迫切要求,通过大幅度提高区域水土资源的联合优化实现水土资源的有效耦合,是缓解农业生产中土地资源和水资源配置矛盾的根本途径,也是促进农业结构调整、发展农村经济、实现农业可持续发展的必由之路。当前关于区域水土资源耦合的研究中,尚未将水土资源作为一个"耦合键"进行系统研究,也没有从"大区域"的角度系统研究水土资源的有效耦合。本课题拟基于虚拟水贸易的视角,描述该视角下区域水土资源的耦合冲突,进而引入复杂适应系统(CAS)的理论方法,从"大区域"的角度水土资源耦合问题展开研究并建立数学模型,利用基于实数编码的多目标嵌套加速遗传算法,给出模型具体的求解思路,最后以黄河流域的水土资源耦合问题为例进行实证研究。

英文摘要: The theory of virtual water trade brought regional resources-scale space development. The implementation of the strategy is not only means that the optimal allocation of water resources but also invisible transfer of the land resources in the region with virtual water flows in the inter-regional. Facing the shortage of land and water resources and the urgent requirements of the regional economic development, fundamental way to alleviate the agricultural resources and the allocate water resources conflicts is to substantially increase the joint optimization and the effective coupling of regional water and soil resources. It also the only way to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure, to develop the rural economy so that to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.Current research of the coupling of regional water and soil resources hasn't made systematic research about them as a "coupling key", and it also hasn't studied the effective coupling of them from the respect of "The Big Region".This topic is intended based on the perspective of the virtual water trade. We use the method of CAS to study the coupling problem of regional water and land.
