中文摘要: 为满足颌面部不同缺损类型的修复要求,硅橡胶已成为通用的颌面赝复材料。针对因受其理化性能局限及赝复体使用中所处自然环境影响,硅橡胶材料出现机械性能老化,褪色,最终使用寿命终结的问题,项目以颌面赝复硅橡胶为研究对象,采用添加纳米级抗紫外线氧化物的方法,研究硅橡胶复合材料的一系列新功能,分析颌面赝复硅橡胶改性的机制,确定合理配方及添加比例。项目预期将揭示纳米氧化物与颌面赝复硅橡胶结合交联的机制与可能性,实现有效改性颌面赝复硅橡胶,从而建立新型功能复合型颌面赝复硅橡胶。项目的研究成果对于长期防止颌面赝复体老化,提高颌面赝复体使用寿命具有重要意义,可以为纳米氧化物有机改性颌面赝复硅橡胶材料并应用于颌面赝复体制作提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Extraoral maxillofacial prosthesis are widely used for restoring missing facial structures due to resection, trauma, or congenital anomalies. Materials used for this purpose are silicone elastomers. However, because of their limitations of physical properties and certain environmental factors, they usually become aging, harder and color degradation. This study will focus on maxillofacial elastomer, explore multifunctional properties, analyse the mechanism of modification of maxillofacial elastomer, and finally determine rational formula and the adding proportions. This project will reveal the mechanism and potentiality of combined crosslinking between nano-oxides and maxillofacial elastomer, realize effective way of modification, which are in order to synthesize the multifunctional compound maxillofacial elastomer. The final achievements of this project will avoid aging in long term, improve the life of maxillofacial prosthesis, and provide the scientific basis.
