中文摘要: 外来入侵植物爆发成灾的原因之一是本地生境中天敌压力较小。因此,开发本地天敌对外来植物的生物控制具有重要意义。申请人在攻读博士学位期间发现紫茎泽兰的一种高效致死性天敌--东方行军蚁,在多物种共存的情况下,它能选择性取食紫茎泽兰根茎处的组织,使大面积紫茎泽兰在较短时间内彻底死亡。该现象可能是紫茎泽兰的某种或某几种挥发性有机物吸引东方行军蚁所致。本项目致力于研究清楚紫茎泽兰挥发物中对东方行军蚁具有吸引作用的化学成分。该研究将有助于加深对外来植物和天敌间相互作用的化学机制的认识,同时为紫茎泽兰的生物防治探索新途径。

英文摘要: One of the reasons that lead invasive Eupatorium Adenophorum to erupt is the lower natural enemy pressure in local habitats than in original ones. Therefore, the exploration of native enemy is important for biological control of E. Adenophorum. During the period of study for doctoral degree, petitioner found a new deadly enemy of E. Adenophorum, Doxrylus orientalis. This ant can make many plants of E. Adenophorum die in a short period of time under conditions it can feed secletively on many other plant species. This phenomena may result from the attraction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released by E. Adenophorum to D. orientalis. This proposal aim at identifying the effective chemical components of VOCs that can attract D. orientalis.This proposal will increase our understanding of chemical interactive mechanism between exotic plant and natural enemies,as well as explore some new methods for the biocontrol of E. Adenophorum.
