中文摘要: 本项目拟以石墨为原料制备石墨烯,采用液相法,将零维硫化物量子点纳米材料、一维金属氧化物纳米棒和共轭有机物与石墨烯复合,通过控制反应温度、反应时间和物质的量控制石墨烯基纳米复合材料的结构、形貌、尺寸和光学性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备石墨烯基纳米复合有机玻璃,通过调节石墨烯基纳米复合材料的质量分数来调控石墨烯基纳米复合有机玻璃的线性透过率和光学非线性,从而制备出性能优良的纳米复合有机玻璃光限幅材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及原子力显微镜等手段对上述有机玻璃的厚度、形貌以及微观结构等进行表征。利用紫外-可见-近红外光谱仪测量有机玻璃的吸收光谱。室温下利用Z-扫描和P-扫描技术研究墨烯基纳米复合有机玻璃的光学非线性,并研究其光限幅性能。建立理论模型分析石墨烯基纳米复合有机玻璃的光学非线性机理,并进行数值仿真计算,从理论和实验上研究如何控制和提高光与有机玻璃作用时的光学非线性和光限幅性能。

英文摘要: We will prepare the graphene from the graphite, and synthesize the graphene-based nanocomposite materials by using the liquid phase method. We will choose the zero-dimensional sulfide quantum-dot nanomaterials and one-dimensional metal oxide nanorods and conjugate organic materials to combine with the graphene. The structure and morphology and size will be controlled by controlling the reaction temperature and time and the amount of different materials, correspondingly the optical properties can be controlled. The organic glasses containing the graphene-based nanocomposite materials will be prepared by using the sol-gel method. The linear transmittance and nonlinear optical properties will be controlled by adjusting the mass fraction of the graphene-based nanocomposite materials, correspondingly the optical limiting materials with good properties can be obtained. The thickness and morphology and micro-structures of the above organic glasses will be characterized by using the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and atomic force microscope (AFM). The absorption spectra of the organic glasses will be measured by using UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy.
