中文摘要: 消防水炮是消防作战中常用的主要装备之一,其水力学性能及基本结构参数是影响消防水炮灭火的关键因素。本项目在自行设计的消防水炮系列产品基础上,分析消防水炮的主要结构参数和水力学性能参数相互关系及其对射程的影响规律。仿真和试验研究炮身流道几何形状与射流性能的相关关系,同时对消防水炮炮头的关键部件喷嘴进行理论计算、流场仿真和试验分析,得出合适的炮身流道几何形状和喷嘴结构参数。预期研究成果可为消防水炮的设计提供理论和实验依据,相关研究成果是我国消防装备更新的重要理论基础。

英文摘要: Fire water monitor is one of the major equipment in fire fighting. Its hydraulic performance and basic structural parameters are key factors that affecting fire fighting. On the basis of the designed fire water monitors, the relationships between the main structural parameters and hydraulic performance parameters of fire water monitor are analyzed, and its influencing rules on flow range are also discussed. The relationships between channel geometries of monitor body and jet performance are simulated and tested.At the same time, through the theoretical calculation, flow simulation and experimental analysis on the key component nozzle, the suitable channel geometries of monitor body and nozzle structural parameters are obtained. These research results can provide the theoretical and experimental references to the design of fire water monitor, and it is also an important theoretical basis of fire fighting equipment update in domestic.
