中文摘要: 为研制高效、高可靠性、高端采煤机械,依据采煤机镐型截齿和滚筒的几何参数、运动参数与煤岩变形、破坏的内在联系,研究滚筒截割煤岩动态特性与性能评价。利用参数可调式多齿旋转截割实验台,采用三轴力同步测试系统、高速摄像机和红外热像仪,结合现场试验,采集煤岩变形、破坏信息以及载荷谱、扭矩谱、电流谱和热像等数据,探明镐型截齿和滚筒破碎煤岩的动力学特征,建立煤岩破碎统计规律的数字化模型和有限元分析模型,应用离散的正则化重构方法,研究单截齿载荷谱与多截齿载荷谱在时域、频域内的拓扑关系。在此基础上,应用非线性动力学理论,建立滚筒截割煤岩时的突变和混沌动力学模型,探明截齿与滚筒的各项参数对煤岩破碎状态的影响规律,给出高效截割性能的评价方法,构建截割载荷、截割能耗、煤岩块度与粉尘量和可靠性四个综合评价指标模型,作为高效截割设计的准则,为生态化(绿色节能)设计与评价高效截割的采煤机滚筒提供理论与技术支持。

英文摘要: In order to develop the coal mining machinery that is reliable and efficient and high-end, on the basis of the internal relations between picks, geometric parameters, motion parameters of drum and deformation, destruction of coal-rock, the research of dynamics performance and evaluation of drum cutting is carried out. The cutting test-bed of adjustable parameters and multi-gear rotation is applied, at the same time, adopting three synchronous test system, high speed camera and infrared thermograph, which combine with the test to collect the information of deformation ,damage of coal-rock and data from load spectrum, torque spectrum、current spectrum and hot. To explore the dynamic characteristics of coal-rock, establish the digital model and finite element analysis model of statistical law of coal-rock broken, this paper researches on the relationships of topological between the single pick load spectrum and pick load spectrum in time domain and the frequency domain through applying discrete regularization reconstruction. Based on this, applying nonlinear dynamics theory, forming the dynamic model of catastrophe and chaotic, exploring the influence law of the parameters of pick and drum on coal-rock broken, putting forward evaluate system of efficient cutting, constructing four comprehensive evaluation index mode
