中文摘要: 目前最精密级的齿轮测量中心只能满足测量2级齿轮的要求,与齿轮的制造精度接近,成为制约齿轮制造业进一步发展的瓶颈。为了分析研究齿轮测量中心各项误差之间的相互耦合作用及其对测量结果的影响机理,探索齿轮测量仪器设计的基础理论。通过对测量空间误差的数学建模和对测量机系统误差的标定,将误差模型映射至计算机空间,构建具有测量特性的虚拟测量中心(VGMC)。为仪器的结构布局、测量策略的制订、数据处理过程的优化、误差分离和量值溯源等提供新的技术手段。项目主要研究齿轮测量中心几何结构模型及数字化测量样板构建;齿轮测量中心测量运动建模及VGMC测量运动实现;VGMC对真实齿轮测量中心测量特性的逼近度;齿轮测量中心误差的传递机理与测量过程优化。该方法为齿轮等复杂工件测量精度的提高开拓途径,并为复杂工件测量软件的认证提供新的校验方法,另一方面,为基于加工/测量一体化的加工质量数字化监测与反馈控制探索基础原理。

英文摘要: Nowdays,the most precision gear measuring center can only meet the measurement of gear with grade 2, which is almost equal to the current manufacturing accuracy of gears. It is becoming the bottleneck for further development of gear manufacturing. In order to analyze the mechanism of the coupling effect of errors of gear measurement center and its impact on the measurement results, and to explore the basic theory of gear measuring instruments designed to improve the measurement accuracy of gears, taking a real gear measuring center as the prototpe, the theoretical model of measuring process is developed. Then a virtual CNC gear measuring center (VGMC) is constructed based on CAE technique. New ways and methods are explored for the structural layout of the apparatus, the measurement strategy, formulation data optimization, the error separation, traceability of measuring. The main research contents are followed: the construction method of the virtual standard artefact in the virtual environment; the production of virtual measurement movement and the control of the virtual measurement process; the degree of approximation between the VGMC and CNC gear measuring center; the VGMC based mechanism analysis technique and measuring process optimazation technique.The proposed method will open a new solution to improve the measurement accuracy of gear, improve the working performance of gear transmission device and make it possible to certificate measuring software of complex part. On the other hand, it will explore the fundamentals of precision measurement technology .
