中文摘要： 我国MSM人群的HIV感染率多年来一直居高不下，有效的预防和控制MSM人群的HIV感染率，对预防和控制艾滋病起到至关重要的作用。本研究以MSM人群HIV感染者的生命质量作为切入点，对目前广泛应用于HIV感染者的普适性量表和疾病特异性量表进行筛选，采用RDS抽样方法, 在辽宁省沈阳市、丹东市和葫芦岛市进行抽样，了解HIV感染者的生命质量状况，形成适合我国的MSM人群HIV感染者的生命质量评价量表，探索HIV感染者生命质量状况和高危行为的关系，构建MSM人群HIV感染者高危行为预警模型，为政府部门进行艾滋病高危行为的预防和控制提供理论和技术上的支持。

英文摘要： The infection rate of HIV among MSM population maintains in a high level these years in China. Effective prevention and control for HIV's infection in MSM population is of crucial importance. We will start this study by MSM HIV-infected patients' life quality survey, and filter generic scales and specific scales which are available for HIV-infected patients. Sampling method will be RSD, and we will do the survey in Shenyang, Dandong, and Huludao cities in Liaoning province to obtain the situation of HIV-infected patients' life quality. Finally, we will form a life quality evaluation scale, which will be suitable for Chinese MSM HIV-infected patients, explore the relation between their life quality and high-risk behaviors, so as to construct the early-warning model of high-risk-behavior among HIV-infected patients. With the result of this study, we will support the government for the prevention and control of HIV patients theoretically and technically.
