中文摘要: 随着电网的扩大与复杂化,传统后备保护整定配合越来越困难;电网结构或运行工况发生非预设性变化、尤其是频发的电网灾变事故,都会影响甚至破坏继电保护的性能。近年来,基于广域信息的继电保护为从根本上改善传统保护的性能提供了契机。本项目立足于电网安全"第一道防线"优先切除故障的原则,提出有限广域智能保护,意在深化热点关注的广域保护的研究内容和技术要求,提高或改善传统保护的性能,并能应对电网灾变导致网架破坏而引起的保护退出或失配等问题。课题的主要研究内容和重要成果包括三个方面:一是研究广域保护分区构成及边界技术,提出有限广域保护的概念,为大电网工程全面实现广域保护提供思路;二是研究广域保护的系统结构,故障判断算法、信息容错算法、跳闸策略和通信网络等关键技术,提出分区域分布集中式系统结构和多种故障判断算法,提高了继电保护应对网架结构不规则变化和负荷转移的能力;三是在通信通道中断条件下,研究有线迂回与无线投放技术的通讯网络紧急重构技术,提高了广域保护应对电网灾变的能力。本课题的研究成果为广域继电保护从概念性探索向应用原理研究的转化奠定了较为系统的技术基础,具有重要的指导意义和广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: With the enlargement of modern power grid, setting coordination of traditional backup relays becomes more and more difficult. The non-default change of grid topology or operating state, especially the frequent grid disaster, deeply impact and even undermine the property of protective relaying in various forms. Recently, using wide-area synchronized information into protection research provides an opportunity for traditional protective relaying to improve its property. For the purpose of improving the performance ,priority of fault clearness, of "three defense line" of grid, this project proposes a new protection scheme named limited wide area intelligent protection, which could effectively improve the property of traditional protection and copy with protection out of service or mismatch caused by natural disaster. Relevant contents and requirements are illustrated in detail. The main research content includes 3 aspects: 1) study wide-area protection partition method and its boundary interaction technique. A new concept named limited wide-area protection is proposed so as to provide a path for wide-area protection to apply in large electrical power grids; 2) the key technologies of wide-area protection system based on centralized-distributed architecture, such as: fault identification, information fault tolerance, tripping logic scheme and communication architecture, are proposed, respectively. These technologies is helpful for protective relaying to be adapt to the variation of grid structure and prevent cascading trip events under flow transfer; 3) a reconstruction scheme of wide-area communication network based on detour wired or wireless broadcast under communication path failure is also presented so as to enhance the capacity of wide-area protection to resist natural disaster. This project lays a foundation for promoting wide area protection form conceptual exploration into applied basic research.
