中文摘要: 近年来,智能电网理论框架的提出和推崇力度的加大,使得如何实现复杂大电网的自我评估诊断、智能安全防御及故障下自恢复等成为电网建设的重要内容和关键性难题之一。本项目引入故障预测与健康管理(PHM)理论和技术方法,以实现对电网运行状态实时监测、在线系统性能评估、自动调控等。主要研究面向电网重要站点和设备的运行状况和信息实时监测的智能传感器和测量装置等的优化配置方案、基于无线传感网络(WSNs)的信息监测以及关键性技术(如安全可靠信息传送、网络覆盖域、数据融合与处理等)、系统重要设备的健康状况评估与剩余寿命预测的方法、电网的健康状况评估、智能电网的故障预测与健康管理理论等方面内容,目的在于对即将发生电网故障提前预测、突发事故快速故障诊断,并制定相应的健康维护和控制决策方案,为保障智能电网的坚强性和自愈性等智能化功能实现提供理论支撑。

英文摘要: The introduction and development of the theoretical framework of Smart Grid make the self-assessing and diagnosis, intelligent security defense and self-recovery of complex power grids be one of the important and principle research works. In this paper, the theory and method of the Prognosis and Health Management (PHM) is used to monitor the operation status in real-time, evaluate the system performance on-line, and automatically dispatch and control power grids. The main research works include the optimal allocation of intelligent sensors and measuring equipment for real-time monitoring of operation state and information of main substations and elements in power systems, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based information monitoring and its key techniques (such as transmission of security information, network coverage area, data fusion and analysis, etc.), health assessment and remaining life evaluation of system elements, health assessment of power grids, and fault prognosis and health management of smart grids and so on. The purpose is to forecast faults, diagnose sudden incidents, and then make corresponding health maintenance and decision scheme, which will provide theoretical support for ensuring the realization of intelligentization functions in Smart Grid, such as anti-accident and self-healing ability.
