中文摘要: 智能变电站相对于传统变电站,其二次系统信号虚拟化,通信网络化,二次回路的物理硬接线已不存在,基于二次回路的故障检测和分析手段无法应用于智能变电站,但变电站的智能化,网络化也同时为实现更加智能、完整、深入的故障诊断与评估方法提供了研究基础和技术实现手段。本课题的基本理念是,利用通信信息建模技术,建立智能变电站标准化诊断信息模型,建立一次系统和二次系统的统一诊断模型,深入二次系统和通信网络内部探究故障发生的深层次原因,提供解决措施,为智能变电站运行管理和维护提供自动化、智能化手段。课题的主要研究内容和关键技术包括:智能变电站故障诊断与评估通信信息建模;智能变电站一次系统、二次系统、通信网络之间的知识约束规则;智能变电站故障评估模型及指标计算;智能变电站故障推理和评估方法。本课题将奠定智能变电站故障诊断与评估的理论基础,并提出具体的诊断功能结构和智能诊断方法,具有重要的研究意义和广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Compared to traditional substation, the secondary system of smart substation has been cyberized. The physical wiring of the secondary circuit has been replaced by virtual communication signals. Therefore, fault detection and analysis methods based on secondary circuit cannot be applied in smart substation. However, the intelligentization and networking of substation provide research foundation and technical realization means to achieve more intelligent, integrated and deep going fault diagnosis and evaluation methods. The basic idea of the subject is to establish a smart substation standard diagnosis information model by using communication information modeling techniques; to establish unified diagnosis models of primary and secondary systems; to explore the deep-seated reasons of faults by insight into secondary system and communication network, and provide solutions; to present automated and smart means for operation management and maintenance of smart substation. The research content and key technologies of this subject include: modeling of fault diagnosis and communication information; constraint rules of primary system, secondary system and communication network knowledge; evaluation method and its parameter calculation ; fault reasoning methods and its process.
