中文摘要: 考虑到无线电监测与移动通信等无线被动定位环境中非圆(Noncircular)信号的普遍性,以及信号噪声中常见的非高斯性和冲激性特征,本项目利用Alpha稳定分布模型对接收信号和噪声进行建模,依据分数低阶统计量(Fractional Lower Order Statistics, FLOS)理论和相关熵(Correntropy)理论,研究发展适合于Alpha稳定分布环境的非圆信号波达方向估计(Direction of Arrival, DOA)新算法,进而研究算法的计算量优化问题,及研究多种阵列结构下的非圆信号二维DOA估计问题。相比于现有的基于FLOS理论的圆信号DOA估计算法,本项目有望开发在冲激噪声环境中具有更高分辨力、更高估计精度以及对模型误差更具有稳健性的DOA估计新算法,为无线被动定位技术在实际无线通信环境中的应用提供更多的理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: Considering the widely used noncircular sources in radio monitoring and mobile communication systems, and the existence of the non-Gaussian, impulsive noise environments, by modeling the received signals and noise as alpha-stable distribution, and by employing the fractional lower order statistics (FLOS) theory and the correntropy theory, this project develops new DOA (Direction of Arrival) estimation algorithms for noncircular sources under alpha-stable noise environments. In addition, this project studies the decrease of the computational load of the proposed algorithms. Moreover, this project studies the two dimensional DOA estimation for noncircular sources under several array architectures. Compared with the existed DOA estimation algorithms based on the FLOS theory for circular signals, this project aims at developing new DOA estimation algorithms, which exhibit superior performance in the estimation capacity, in the estimation resolution, and in the robustness to modeling errors, for noncircular signals in impulsive noise environments. Therefore, the research work of this project will provide more theoretical and technical supports for the utilization of the wireless passive positioning technology in real wireless communication environments.
