中文摘要: 交叉销售是指顾客在购买一种产品的同时往往也会选购其关联产品的消费行为或营销现象,广泛存在于非独立关联需求下的多产品库存系统中。本课题考虑交叉销售效应,研究交叉销售产品的联合补货决策、报童模型及其库存博弈问题。 具体的,以交叉销售系数量化描述交叉销售关系,提出交叉销售产品的确定性联合补货模型,并分别推广为时变交叉销售和随机交叉销售下的关联产品联合补货问题;针对需求的不确定性,建立正态分布随机需求下的交叉销售产品的静态随机库存模型,并研究库存优化决策方法;考虑顾客的动态到达过程,研究随机需求服从泊松分布的交叉销售产品库存决策问题。进一步,提出交叉销售环境下的多产品集中决策报童模型,并研究求解方法;最后,考虑交叉销售产品分别由各自独立的决策主体经营,研究交叉销售环境下的非合作报童博弈与合作报童博弈问题。本研究在库存管理中考虑交叉销售效应,可建立一类新的非独立需求的库存决策方法。

英文摘要: Cross-selling is a kind of consumer behavior or selling phenomenon where a customer who has purchased a particular product may also be willing to purchase a related product. Cross-selling frequently emerges in multi-product inventory systems with non-independent associated demand. This project will study the joint replenishment decision, newsvendor model and the inventory game of cross-selling products, considering the cross-selling effect. Specifically, we quantitatively model the cross-selling relationship between different products by introducing cross-selling coefficient and propose the deterministic joint replenishment model of cross-selling products. This model is further extended to the joint replenishment problem of associated products with time-varying cross-selling and stochastic cross-selling, respectively. Regarding the uncertainties of demand, we formulate the static stochastic inventory model of cross-selling products with normally distributed demand, for which the decision method of inventory optimization is developed. Considering the dynamic arriving process of customers, we study the inventory decision of cross-selling products assuming that the demand subjects to Poisson distribution.
