中文摘要: 兵器装备体系化研制迫切需要采用动态联邦协同实现研制模式的根本转变。本项目提出多元质量特性下兵器装备研制协同能力网络构建方法,实现协同组织由动态联邦向协同能力网络的进化。重点研究协同研制多维需求空间模型和能力空间模型的构建方法,建立“需求-能力”响应函数,实现研制需求向研制能力的映射转化;研究协同研制能力联邦动态变粒度模型和多元质量特性下研制能力智能匹配方法,并通过网络拓扑结构特性分析,构建体系化装备研制协同能力网络;研究协同能力网络动态演化与动力学机理,从而揭示多元质量特性和能力单元状态影响下的协同能力网络稳定运行和动态演化规律。以坦克车辆领域多型号协同研制需求为背景,研发支持协同能力网络构建和动态特性分析的原型系统,对本项目提出的理论方法进行应用验证。

英文摘要: It is urgent need to apply dynamic federal collaboration to satisfy the requirements of the systematic weapon equipment development and realize the transition of ordnance equipment development pattern. In this program, the collaborative capability networks construction method of ordnance equipment under multivariate quality characteristics is proposed to realize the collaborative organization evolution from dynamic federation to collaborative capability networks. The construction method of multi-dimension requirement space model and capability space model is studied and the “Requirement - Capability” response function is built to realize the mapping transformation from requirement to capability. Secondly, dynamic change granularity model of collaborative capability federation and development capability smart matching method under multivariate quality characteristics are studied. By analyzing the networks topological structure, characteristically the collaborative capability network is constructed. The dynamic evolution and dynamics mechanism of collaborative capability network are also studied to reveal its stable operation and dynamic evolution rules under the influence of multivariate quality characteristics and capability unit state. On the background of multi-type oriented collaborative development of tank vehicles, the prototype system supporting the collaborative capability network construction and dynamic characteristic analysis will be developed and used to verify the proposed theoretical method.
