中文摘要: 通过对近岸浑浊富沙水体浮游植物的生物-光学特性的调查和研究,分析浮游植物种类、粒径、色素和环境因素对其固有光学特性(IOPs)的影响;调查和分析各水色组分浓度与IOPs的时空分布及变化规律,以及受径流、潮汐流、近海环流等水动力环境变化的影响。构建近岸浑浊水域的生物-光学模型及参数化表达形式;改进适合近岸水域的离水辐射率Rrs与IOPs的光学闭合模式;通过引入一个可消除悬沙对叶绿素反演干扰的综合叶绿素指数(SCI),建立基于SCI的生物-光学半分析型叶绿素浓度的遥感反演模型,以改变目前算法高估叶绿素浓度的局面。为河口近岸及中国东部大部分沿海水域浮游植物生物量和初级生产力的正确估算提供科学方法,也为河口与近海生态系统研究提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Through in situ investigations of phytoplankton bio-optical properties in turbid productive sediment-laden coastal waters, analyzing the impacts of phytoplankton species, particle size, pigments and environmental factors on the inherent optical properties (IOPs) will be conducted. Meanwhile, the temporal-spatial distribution and it variability of water components and concentrations and their IOPs will also be explored, affected by river outflows, tidal currents and marine circulations. The bio-optical model and IOPs parameterization adapted for the turbid waters will be given. According to in situ measurements in Changjiang estuary and adjacent coastal ocean, the computable model of water-leaving radiance reflectance and IOPs will be tuned through iterative optimal method . Finally, we will establish bio-optics-based semi-analytical algorithms of chlorophyll-a concentration retrieval, through introducing a Synthetic Chlorophyll Index (SCI) in order to minimize high scattering impacts by suspended sediment particles, which may give rise to the overestimation of chlorophyll-a and misjudgement.
