中文摘要: 同塔多回输电方式是我国电网建设的必然趋势,多回线路之间存在局部耦合的现象极为常见,现有的分析方法无法准确构建局部耦合多回输电线路的故障分析模型,无法保证局部耦合多回线路故障分析与故障测距的准确性。为此,本项目拟针对局部耦合多回输电线路故障分析与故障测距理论与技术开展研究。在研究局部耦合多回输电线路的解耦理论与方法的基础上,一方面构建耦合分界点的电压、电流各模量的接口模型,提出故障分析的频域方法以及故障测距频域方法;另一方面构建耦合分界点的行波各模量的接口模型以及行波时空传播模型,提出故障分析的时域方法,通过挖掘其故障暂态过程特性,提出故障测距行波方法。以期创建局部耦合多回输电线路故障分析与故障测距的理论体系与实用方法。

英文摘要: Multi-parallel transmission lines on the same tower are the inevitable trend of power grid construction, and most of them are in local coupling form. The existing analysis schemes can not constract accurately the fault analysis model of local coupling multi-circuit transmission lines, hence can not guarantee the accuracy of fault analysis and fault location for local coupling multi-circuit transmission lines. For this reason, this project intends to research on the fault analysis and fault location theory and technology for local coupling multi-circuit transmission lines. On the base of research of decoupling theory and method for multi-circuit transmission lines, on the one hand, this project constructs the modulus voltage and current quantities interface model of coupling demarcation point, and then proposed the frequency domain fault analysis methods and fault location schemes. On the other hand, this project establishes the traveling wave modulus interface model of coupling demarcation point and the time-space traveling wave processes model.After the fault transient characteristics are analyzed, the time domain fault analysis method and traveling wave fault location method can be proposed.
