中文摘要: 煤是重要的能源和化工原料。煤干馏是煤综合利用中主要的工艺之一。本项目拟利用同步辐射光源,通过程序升温和控温开展不同煤阶煤干馏制备半焦和焦炭过程的试验(从室温至1200°C),进行SAXS/WAXS同时原位测量,跟踪煤干馏试验整个过程,以期获得煤中碳网络在原子分子尺度和在纳米尺度上的结构同时变化的信息,为探索煤中碳网络结构特征与变化的机理提供参考。

英文摘要: Coal is important energy and chemical raw materials. Coal carbonization is one of the main processes in the comprehensive utilization of coal. In this proposal, coal in different rank will be carbonized to prepare carbocoal and coke under different temperature programming and control conditions (From room temperature to 1200°C). The whole carbonization process will be probed jointly by in-situ synchrotron small angle and wide angle X-ray scattering with a high beam intensity and high collimation to gain simultaneously the multi-scale microstructure information of carbon network structure from atom, molecular and nanometer scale. This structure information will provide a reference for exploring the structural characteristics of carbon network in coal and its change mechanism.
