中文摘要: 镍钛合金是应用最为广泛的形状记忆合金材料之一,在机械、航天、电子、能源、生物医学等众多领域得到了广泛的应用。同时,镍钛合金可以作为U-6%wtNb合金的模拟材料,在武器装备中也有其特殊的意义。对不同组分的Ni-Ti合金体系在高温高压极端条件下的物性研究是材料科学,凝聚态物理与国防工程应用等众多学科交叉领域中具有重要意义的研究课题。本项目拟通过理论计算分析确定不同组分的Ni-Ti合金在100 GPa、3000 K条件下的稳定结构、物态方程及热力学性能。对等原子比Ni-Ti合金,确定马氏体相变过程中的微结构变化,分析相变机理并澄清相变路径。通过本项目的研究,为探索开发新材料提供有益参考。

英文摘要: Ni-Ti alloy is one of the most widely used shape memory alloys. It has been widely used in many areas including mechanics, aerospace, electronics, energy and biomedicine. As the analog material of U-6%wtNb alloy, the investigation of Ni-Ti alloy has its special significance in weaponry. The investigation of the mechanism of the phase transition and thermodynamic properties of Ni-Ti alloy is a significant research topic in material science, condensed matter physics and defense engineering fields. This work intends to determine the structure, equation of state and thermodynamics of different components of Ni-Ti alloy under high pressure and high temperature (100 GPa and 3000 K). For B2-NiTi, we will analyze the mechanism of the martensitic phase transition, clarify the phase transition path and confirm the potential energy barrier by theoretical calculations. This study is helpful for exploring and developing new materials and controlling the formation and mechanical properties of alloys.
