中文摘要: 针对目前地表覆盖变化检测中影像光谱信息难以应对地表覆盖变化复杂性和多样性的问题,本项目从时相信息的角度,提出了基于植被指数斜率的变化检测方法。首先定义和计算植被指数斜率,从植被指数时间序列曲线的整体形状特征和典型物候特征两方面提取时相信息;然后基于植被指数斜率差异和典型物候特征分析,判定变化区域;在此基础上,建立植被指数斜率差异链模型描述地表覆盖的变化规律,并构建专家知识库,通过变化像素和专家知识库的匹配识别变化类型。基于上述方法,以陕西省渭南市为研究区域,分析该区域从2010年到2015年的地表覆盖变化。本项目探索了植被指数斜率在地表覆盖变化检测中的应用,有利于提高变化检测的准确度和实用性,丰富和发展变化检测研究的有关理论、技术和方法。

英文摘要: Change detection with remotely sensed imagery plays an important role in land cover mapping, process analysis and dynamic information services. However, many pseudo changes would also be detected because of inter-class spectral variance, which remains a significant challenge for operational remote sensing applications. In order to solve this problem, this study constructs a new land cover change detection method based on the gradient of vegetation index using temporal information of NDVI time series data. Firstly, the gradient of vegetation index is defined and calculated to describe the temporal information from the shape of the NDVI curve and phenology characteristics. And then, the differences of NDVI gradient and phenology characteristics are analyzed to discriminate the change and no-change areas. A chain model of vegetation index gradient is employed to represent the land cover change pattern, and the land cover change types are determined by pattern matching with the knowledgebase of reference gradient difference patterns. Based on this method, Weinan city in Shanxi province is selected as the study area to analyze the land cover change from 2010 to 2015. This study will help to propose the key scientific issues in land cover change detection and to promote the development of theories, methodologies and techniques in related disciplines.
