中文摘要: 癌症早期诊断技术对高选择性生物界面材料的设计和制备提出了难题和挑战。受癌细胞表面微结构启发,本项目拟基于结构匹配的原则,通过仿生矿化方法制备仿癌细胞生物界面,用来高选择性的识别血液中微量的循环肿瘤细胞。首先,通过控制矿化温度,时间和反应物的比例等条件,研究癌细胞表面矿化的微变规律,合成仿癌细胞生物无机界面。其次,选择具有不同表面结构的癌细胞作为生物模板,研究材料结构和硬度等因素对不同癌细胞选择性识别的影响。最后,通过引入响应性分子,实现在复杂的外界环境下,对靶向细胞响应性的捕获与释放。本项目将拓宽仿生界面材料的设计和制备方法,为制备新型高效的仿生界面材料提供了新的研究思路。

英文摘要: The early diagnostic technologies of cancer raise difficulties and challenges for designing and fabricating biointerfacial materials with high selectivity. Based on structure matching principles, this project developed cancer cell-inspired biointerfacial materials through bioinspired mineralization methods for specifically recognizing rare circulating tumor cells in blood samples. Firstly, by altering a series of factors such as biomineralization temperature, time and reactants ratio, cancer cell-inspired interfacial materials can be synthesized by exploring mineralization features of cancer cells. Secondly, by selecting cancer cells with different surface structures as biological templates, we can explore the influence of structures and stiffness of materials on specifical recognition of different cancer cells. Finally, the introduction of stimuli-responsive molecules endows biointerfacial materials with smart capture and release of target cells under complex environments. This project broadens the design and fabrication of bioinspired inorganic interfacial materials and provides new avenues for preparing new efficient bioinspired interfacial materials.
