中文摘要: 本项目以基因表达过程中的双稳型基因切换系统为研究对象,研究此类基因系统中的延迟、噪声、空间效应及其联合效应。考虑生化过程中的噪声、转换过程中的延迟效应和由于空间位置和相互作用引起的空间效应,建立单基因、双基因和多基因的随机延迟反应扩散基因切换模型。理论上采用Fokker-Planck方程法,数值上采用 Gillespie 随机模拟方法。研究噪声、延迟和空间因素对该系统动力学性质的影响及随机共振、振动共振现象。研究不同色噪声源及不同时滞对基因切换的影响和作用。研究噪声、延迟及空间因素联合下基因切换系统的时空动力学性质。本项目的意义在于:以非平衡态统计物理的方法研究复杂的生物系统,从物理学相变理论的角度探讨基因切换的生物机制。为实验提供一定的理论依据。

英文摘要: Based on the bistable gene switch systems in the gene expression process,the time delay effect, noises effect, spatial effect and their combined effect in the stochastic bistable gene switch system are investigated. Considering the noises coming from the biochemical reactors, the time delay in the switch process and the spatial factors origned the spatial position and the interaction between them, the stochastic Reaction Diffusion Equation with time delay is constructed for a single -gene、double-gene and multiple gene models. The Fokker-Planck Equation is used in the view of theory, and the Gillespie stochastic simulation method is applied for the numierical simulation. The effects of noises、time-delay and the spatial factor on the dynamical characteries are studied. Moreover, the stochastic resonance and the vibrational resonance are also discussed. The different color noises origins and time delays in different processes are taken into account, their effects on the gene switch systems are indicated. The pattern dynamics of the gene switch system subjected to noises、time delay and spatial factors simultaneously are revealed.
